Description: Under the direction from the Director of Engineering this individual will work on a team to continually improve upon the core code with latest technologies
Duties:
- Work on the design and development of new Hot Banana product features
- Help resolve complex and urgent product support issues, leveraging engineering skills and knowledge
- Work closely with Project Managers, Developers and Designers
- Advanced understanding of the software development lifecycle
Qualifications:
- Possess a degree in computer science or equivalent.
- 1+ years experience programming web-based software.
- Experience with the following technologies: Cold Fusion ASP. Net, Organic HTML, XML, Object Oriented Programming, JavaScript, Structured Query Language, Stored Procedures & Views, Internet Network Architecture, ODBC or JDBC, Macromedia Authoring Tools including Dream weaver, Ultradev, Flash.
- Experience working with Unix, Linux and Windows.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
- An understanding of programming concepts, operating systems and/or networking.
- An understanding of MS SQL Server, Web applications and object oriented programming
